Local Delivery Policy

We're thrilled to offer a hassle-free local delivery service to Unity, Cut Knife, Wilkie, Luseland, Kerrobert, and Macklin. Check out our delivery policy below for all the tail-wagging details:

Delivery Areas and Schedule:


  • Daily Delivery: Enjoy free daily delivery to Unity with no minimum purchase
Cut Knife and Wilkie:
  • Delivery Day: We deliver to Cut Knife and Wilkie on the first Tuesday of every month.
  • Cost: $10 per delivery.
  • Minimum Order: Only $50 to fill those furry bellies.
Luseland, Kerrobert, and Macklin:
  • Delivery Day: We deliver to Luseland, Kerrobert and Macklin on the first Wednesday of every month.
  • Cost: Just $15 per delivery.
  • Minimum Order: Only $60 to keep the treats coming.

    2. Placing Orders:

    • Orders can be made on our website or by giving us a ring during our business hours.
    • Orders must be made by 9 am on the delivery date of your area, or they will be held until the next delivery date. 
    • Unity residents, no need to worry about minimum orders.
    • Cut Knife and Wilkie buddies, aim for a minimum order of $50.
    • For our pals in Luseland, Kerrobert, and Macklin, a minimum order of $60 is the ticket.

      3. Payment:

      • Payment is a breeze! Choose between: Online payment during your order on our website. Or, make it easy-peasy with a call to our team
      • Payment is required ahead of delivery. 

        4. Delivery Fees:

        • Unity residents, your deliveries are on us—absolutely free!
        • Cut Knife and Wilkie neighbors, we ask for a high-five of $10 per delivery.
        • Luseland, Kerrobert, and Macklin buddies, a sweet $15 per delivery keeps our wheels turning.

        5. Delivery Confirmation:

        • A confirmation email or message is on its way as soon as your order is out the door! 
        • Please arrange to have someone home to accept the delivery, or leave us a note so we know where to safely drop it.
        • Photos will be taken as proof of delivery. 

        6. Changes and Cancellations:

        • Plans change? No worries! Try to let us know at least 24 hours before the delivery.
        • If a cancellation request is submitted while our delivery team is en route, charges for both the items and the delivery fee will still apply.

        7. Inclement Weather:

        • If Mother Nature throws a curveball, we might need to reschedule. We'll let you know as soon as we can. 
        • If we are unable to deliver your items due to weather or inventory shortages, we will refund your purchase including the delivery fee.
